TRACE, bringing clients such as Foot Locker and Channel 4, has announced plans to move to Clerkenwell from London to help grow and serve its extensive client roster better.

A New Era for TRACE

It’s more than a workspace — the new office, which occupies 5,869 square feet. The new place will also house an open-plan event space, consultation and treatment rooms, and a bespoke styling suite suitable for clients with up to 30 strong TRACE portfolios.

TRACE was founded in 2009 by Lian Hirst and Rob Davies and has been a nurturing and inclusive PR agency. Focused on guiding brands through the ever-changing media and retail landscape, the firm helps craft multi-channel campaigns that are both strategic and impactful.

Post-COVID Work Flexible Approach

TRACE has taken a hybrid working model for employees to balance their work and life. Following the pandemic, many of the team members now found themselves moving out of London and the new office was designed as a flexible hub that combines in-office collaboration with remote working capabilities.

According to Davies, ‘our priority is to be able to offer them a flexible London-based environment so they can focus on those days when they need.’

TRACE’s expansion is nothing new. Joining the agency roster is also Klarna, the global payments and shopping service, which is helping to support a very strong customer base of brands that include Guess, Sephora, Estée Lauder, Tom Ford and Matches Fashion.
