A Sustainability and Freshness Showcase
The Fish Market is not a showcase but a dining place. Chef Ner carefully selects his seafood from Brixham, Peterhead, and Fraserburgh as a daily supplier of some of the best seafood in the UK—the average catch of the day changes, and the variety and freshness of the offerings change.
Guests can pick their fish or seafood to be lifted off the counter and watched as it’s skillfully cooked to order. The fish can be cured, charcoal grilled, steamed, or baked, allowing diners to make their meal as they see fit.
Ethical and Sustainable
Chef Roy Ner ethically and sustainably sources all seafood through the day boat method. This means the fish is responsibly caught and delivered to Jeru within 24 hours of landing.
